Blue Shield stole $377 from my bank account yesterday by making an unauthorized charge. I cancelled my policy in March and received a confirmation from them on March 17th. My account was paid up to the end of March but now they are denying all claims for March and they charged my account for an additional month just yesterday.
The money is gone. Now what do I do?
