the more I have read about the power of the subconscious the more I have been convinced that there was something to it. We are bombarded with tons of stimulus everyday and we cannot possibly attend to all of it. Those things we do attend to I am sure are dictated by our mental patterns and habits. I am fairly certain that good things happen to each one of us everyday but if we have the mental habit of being depressed or anxious those things slip right through our filter. I am hoping that that hypnosis could be some way to change out filters help us attend to the good things in our lives more so than the areas we wish to change. I am not suggesting being bright-sided Pollyanna's I mean to just pay attention to positive happy little things that happen everyday
