there is one technique I know of that is kind of discrete. it is called tight fist. you take all your emotions and send them down into a tightly clenched fist. then you loosen that fist and imagine all that tension, anxiety, whatever you are feeling draining down into the earth. feel the relaxation take over your body as your fist relaxes. you can do it over and over. hope it works. take care.
