I'm curious, how did you sign up for the insurance? Through a private website, employer, invitation, marketplace? Sometimes there are scams out there. If you believed you've been scammed, go to your bank and speak to a personal banker. Speak with them about possibly changing your bank account number and sometimes the bank themselves will get your money back for you. My father had an unwanted withdrawal from his bank account, and switching over to a new account number worked. Hope this helps!
