I hope you can get the help you need quickly. I to am shocked by how slow my visits have been I saw my psychologist for intake and it is taking 3 weeks to see me again. Then I think I need to go to therapy as well. I am not sure what is next for me but I hope they can help me either get SSI or eliminate assholes from the work world (one sounds more realistic than the other).
