Nope neither one of those is reported to bind the norepinephrine receptor unless it was very recently....if you're interested in this kind of thing I'd recommend picking up a copy of stahls essential psychopharmacology it's visually straight forward...pictures with different size receptors on the drug... One of the problems though is you seem to be dealing with newer APs and much less is known abut them....Latuda in that book is pretty much the standard d2 along with a couple of serotonin receptors and minor binding at histamine thus no weight increase....the whole panel was never worked out because it was does so for the older ones simply because they had no idea about the mechanism of action...anyway nothing at all suspicious about latuda's binding profile it may be that it doesn't bind something that normally would calm you down....
