Running can be a meditation if done in a mindful way. There's also walking meditation, etc. There is some form of meditation for everyone. It's just a matter of finding the right one for you.

I agree. Mindfullness is really about totally staying in the moment no matter what you are doing. Or at least trying to stay in the moment.
