I believe that our bodies become hypersensitive to novel ideas/activities and even medications when we are in an anxious/depressed state (maybe it's just me as well). Vitamins and supplements can lead to better overall health, however, your body may not react the way you want it to. I definitely know what you are talking about though, I find myself sensitive to administered when I feel "out-of-whack". If you are interested in taking Omega 3, why don't you try it out and see if you get over-responsive to the supplement being in your system. I hope this helps!
