I sleep too much when I am avoiding thinking about things that are troublesome or to avoid doing something I find difficult. Recently I have been sleeping to avoid making phone calls to ask for references for my resume.
Has sleeping too much started recently? If you have something you need to do are you able to wake up and get dressed and follow through with it?
