It already sounds like it's causing you a lot of stress, I can't say you defintely have one, however there is binge eating disorder and it sounds, from what you've said, a little like that. Here's the psych central link Psych Central: Dr. Grohol's Mental Health Page - Binge Eating Disorder

I recommend going to the doctor and seeing if they can refer you to some form of mental health treatment to deal with it, as your attitude towards yourself sounds very negative, the behaviour is causing you distress, and you want it to stop. Before you feel the urge to eat when feeling extreme emotions, do you have a window where you can distract yourself? Like going for a walk? Or listening to a song to calm down? For me personally if I'm particularly upset or angry I lift weights, and it slowly calms me down, the feeling passes and thinking becomes a bit clearer. I hope this helps.
