Oatmeal baths. (Or use Aveeno) If you use oatmeal, put oatmeal in a sock, not directly into the bath water, or you will have a mess. Oatmeal will soothe the itching.

Also, you must wash your sheets and clothes separately from any other sheets and clothing... poison ivy is an oil and you can contaminate everything you or your skin touches, and the sheets , and clothes you wear will also transfer the oil and contaminate. It's a real tough battle.

Wear soft gloves to sleep....any scratching then might not do much damage.

Wash you hands and be very careful to keep hands away from face. If the rash goes down your nasal passages and or into your throat, it can be life threatening.

I'm sorry you are suffering. Drink lots of water, and try to keep your bedroom cooler than normal to help you sleep. Good wishes.
