OUCH.....i've been hospitalized 5-6 different times in two different hospitals. Each time was a blessing. I got to meet people who felt just like I did. We attended group meetings to help us cope with whatever we needed at the time. We could talk if we wanted to or just listen. I did alot of journaling. There were activities like Jax mentioned. And the food was wonderful!!!! I thought I was going to lose my job too, but I didn't. I had disability insurance through my job and qualified for that. It was the best thing I ever did. It was because of the hospitalization that I was properly diagnosed and got my medicine right!! I believe it would be worth it for you to try it!!! {{{{HUGS}}}}}
