I know my payment for coverage is usually a month behind, it might be something like that. My insurance company is slow and always "late" and sending me dunning letters (they send the letters the same day the money is due type thing but I've paid a week before that they just haven't entered it). Give them a call and get it straightened out, I don't think your bank can help. If they refuse to help, call your State's Department of Insurance and complain/give them all the information; they'll definitely look into it. http://www.insurance.ca.gov/
