Saying they would be helpful for you or not is a little like recommending a specific medication. I am not comfortable with that because if you read enough of these forums you find people are very individual. 5-HTP can be bad for bipolar because it can send you into a manic state. Completely complicated if you are already taking something else. I don't know much about b-12 but it is generally better to get vitamins from food for a whole bunch of reasons. The first two I would think of like medicines and talk to somebody about it.
