I'm not sure it will be quite two months from this alone, but I slimmed down enough for my old jeans to be loose in 3-4 months by cutting out a lot of junk. I stopped bringing home things like soda or potato chips and limited myself to just a couple of quick or frozen items (pizza, burritos, etc) in stock at any given time so that I'd be more motivated to make and eat real meals.
