Now if you say you went off of Zoloft because you think it may have caused psychosis then I would definitely not take 5 HTP. It increases seratonin and so does Zoloft. I don't know what the B12 will do. Probably not much.

5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), also known as oxitriptan (INN), is a naturally occurring amino acid and chemical precursor as well as a metabolic intermediate in the biosynthesis of the neurotransmitters serotonin and melatonin from tryptophan.
Lithium may help as it is prescribed for BP and also as an augmenter for depression. I think I would let a pdoc put me on lithium though if they thought it was the right thing to do.

I can give you a list of all the things pdocs have told me to take as supplements for depression but I don't think that would be helpful because you may be BP and have a history of psychosis so they might make things worse. They are basically all meant to increase seratonin.
