Nope, not self-adjusting, which I think is a bit weird. There is a volume adjustment thing actually on them, but the audiologist said that the option of being able to manually adjust has been disabled, the cvolume is pre-set by a computer... she said that the volume switch was only enabled for those who had had analogue hearing aids for years and were used to changing the volume...
