i thought it was an interesting movie about erotic transference & countertransference. jung violated the client's boundaries & acted unethically (provided those ethics were in place then). this was in addition to cheating on his wife. it's a terrible thing to do to a client and she was certainly messed up by it. glad to hear from some of you she went on to other, and hopefully healthier, relationships. there is good reason why Ts are not to get involved with their clients.
