I've told my therapist that the problem with having depression is that it distorts pleasure and I'm never sure which things I did like since depression usually causes you to loose interest in what you enjoy. All I can think is to remember what made me happiest and go for that now that I have medications that lessen the downs. That's my plan. What's yours?
