Stay in bed in the morning and laze around if you can afford to; this phase of light sleep before getting up is the one where most memorable dreams occur (because you will often wake directly from a dream). This is why people who don't give themselves time, but rush out of bed with their alarm clock, probably short of an hour or 2 of sleep, don't remember their dreams as much.
Also, I had my first lucid dream ever (or at least that I can remember) after taking an Advil before going to bed. They are harmless so you might as well try it once or twice.
