I wasted a lot of time letting what happend to me destroy me. It took me a very long time to really start being happy with who I am and start to enjoy the journey more and more...but needed help and continue to get help with dealing with my behavior and reactions and other things. You are welcome to reach out to me if you are comfortable. I can listen and I have a lot of empathy. What's the saying.... "How to eat an elephant?... One bite at a time".
