Yes, I have had this, too. I have haphephobia (fear of touch) that correlates with how psychotic I am and which is hard for me to explain... but I get really sensitive to people's touch and it feels super invasive even just shaking hands.

I also get really sensitive to visual patterns which makes me feel like I have special abilities... it's not a hallucination, just extreme sensitivity...

I suspect some of my hallucinations, especially tactile and some visual distortions were either the result of or exacerbated by hypersensitivity. I've gotten sensory overload once but that was the only time when hallucinations weren't involved.
