People in Utah have white smiles, large families and in general friendly attitudes. It's great for depression here. Oh my gosh, tell me about it, you get a lot of sympathy in the Mormon state and the number one for volunteering. Third nicest in the attitude department after Georgia and South Carolina. It is pretty freezing here in the winter, down to -7 though and about 110 degrees in the summer. The weather is pretty extreme. Would perpetual cheerfulness get you down or keep you up? I am a cold/warm person who keeps to herself and is Buddhist. A religion I latched on to late in life. Today on the freeway I saw a homeless man and gave him a dollar. Why not? He was obviously so thankful. Not in a cheesy, Disneyland kind of way.
