I was on lithium for quite a while. It helped, but wasn't the right one for me in the end. The only complaint I had about it is that pretty much all you can take for pain is tylenol. I Have a bad back and I need ibuprofen to keep inflammation down and that was not an option while I was on it. Definitely give it a try though.
