Has anyone experienced this? Was it associated with your depression or was it the medication? I am experiencing difficulty recalling facts such as numbers. I am also mixing up memories such as recalling events incorrectly.
I also have just noticed that I am not encoding as much new information as I should. It is small things right now but it is enough to scare me.

I have already left a message for my doctors and will be pursuing this. I could use a little bit of knowledge as to what I may be getting myself into. That and I would love some reasons to stop freaking out
