If you want to recover from addiction, you probably need some social and medical support to help you. It could be worth your while to seek out support groups and any programs in your area. Also, talk to your doctor about it. (You probably have already, I'm guessing.) You're still young and could possibly make major change in your life.

Your feelings that you describe as paranoid could come from multiple things that are going on in your life. What you describe is a sure recipe for misery. More than anything, you need to find some people to associate with who do not drink or use.

Going to the park with the dogs is a very good option for today.
