But you are the one who gets to decide the culture, how things are run, who you hire, etc. If you're a business owner, you get to get rid of the incompetent or tell them to change and you can work as little or as much as you want for income.
If being a business owner sucks, and working for someone else sucks, what do you do? People need to eat.
