Just saw a twitter thread #labrats began on keeping a daily log for a week.
I'll keep one here. I use use 42Goals as a daily checklist. My 42Goals effort I treat like a 'pill' I have to take daily to keep going strong.
Today: the one thing I meant to finish I did: sent a scope of work and first invoice with a W9 to a client.
Also took a nap. Not surprising as my biorhythms are very much down, maybe with the slight beginning of a rise. The past weeks have also be especially busy with creative work, which drains me even as it satisfies.
