Hi Pudica, I think if I ever told someone at my church what I'm going through they would also think it's a demon related situation. So sad they are ignorant of what depression is from a medical standpoint. I am sure your mom's efforts are well intended, and I believe in God, prayer, etc. But people who have never suffered from this medical condition cannot wrap their heads around it a lot of times. And I agree with you in that your mom's presence would be so valuable. Maybe if you tell her just like you told us today she'll be right there for you . I'm a mom myself, and would do it if it was my daughter
