Got a session in a couple of hours and just woke up from a ****** dream of T letting all sorts of people tromp through the therapy room, and when I complained he just shrugged and ignored me.

Reflects pretty accurately what's actually going on at the moment in therapy. Not looking forward to today at all, it's becoming totally pointless even thinking about talking to T about the things he's doing that are making me feel so angry and upset.
