I'm sure the situation is more complicated than I can see right now, so I'm just going to ask a couple questions if you don't mind.

Why not pull your daughter out of the school she is going to currently and look into enrolling her into a school that can facilitate to her disability?

Also, it's really surprising to me how irresponsible the hospital is being if they are not even examining your wife. Have you had the chance to express your opinions on this matter to anyone, as in, the police that reported to the 911 call or the doctors at the hospital? If so, what were their reactions?
