If a visit to the ER doesn't work I would call the clinic that you used to go to and explain the situation. Maybe they can fax scripts to a chemist/pharmacy near to you?

If calling your old clinic and the ER doesn't work phone back this new clinic and tell them what you have tried. Maybe ask them if you get sick from lack of meds will they see you any earlier? Persistence always pays off. Good Luck.
