I have asked for this many times and the company can't or won't produce one. The work environment got worse this AM My email was full of paperwork that was deemed "unacceptable" because of cross-outs. (in the field I would have to start a new line because of an error copying a serial.) This was all sent to me at 4:30 AM They have started retaliation towards me for calling them out on the on-call situation. I have just registered with my states Workforce commission and on-line with a few jobsites.
I can not keep working under people like these two. I have seen what this company is doing and we have no recourse now. Nothing left but to find other employment.
