Quick update:
Courts ruled to let my friend have visitation with their child. The OP got temporary sole custody. However, the judge is a no nonsense judge. The OP went all crazy in front of both lawyers. The OP and the OP's lawyer couldn't produce a doctor note about the child's OCPD. The lawyer stated OCD, but paperwork said OCPD. No medication was mentioned in court nor did the OP state anything about the medication via phone and in person when my friend picked up their child. The OP was very angry and tried to make their own rules for getting the child AFTER the judge ruled my friend got the child for the weekend. It was a mess. But basically now they have to put together a parenting plan and if they can't agree, it goes to the same judge again. It was shown that the OP has every intention to keep my friend away from their child. The judge didn't like what the OP was doing and basically showed the OP that they are full of crap.
