Hi,
This middle of this month will be the one year anniversary of my husband's mother's death. During the past year, my husband has been making progress in his grieving as I've mentioned in posts in the past. I know that on the day of this anniversary my husband will have a more challenging time, but I'm concerned he might go backwards in his grief (ie get worse when he's seemingly been dealing with things better). He still has days where he's down but it's nothing like it was. I'm concerned that he might get worse after this anniversary, and if so, what can I do to help? Also what can I do to help him on the day of his mom's death? Thanks
