6 am - 7:45 Did my morning self-therapy. Today shame arose big time, so while still semi-sleep I reviewed my life by stages (0-5, elementary, MS, HS, college, post college/pre longterm relationship, etc) for things that bring up shame. It's a lot!
7:45 - 9:15 breakfast and morning routines. Non-gmo blue corn grits. Yum.
Work day - surprised at how a call went, some editing was easier than I'd first anticipated, another call went well, but finally got an email that a possible partner was not going to be joining my project.
Post work - found a Malaysian street food shop and had their lamb panini type dish with a curry dipping sauce and pickled onions.
Then from 7 to 9 sat in on the Art Conversation for this month on Performance. Fascinating discussion as usual.
Then to home and my notes here. Another set of notes on 42Goals, a quick check of conditions for tomorrow, then to bed.
Overall, a more enjoyable day than I had anticipated.
