Saw T yesterday about my increasing depression. It seems to be linked to my insomnia. She made new (?) suggestions. First no caffeine after lunch. Drink herbal tea to help me sleep. Spend at least 30 minutes per day doing something fun. Start looking for social events to get involved with. Stick with a nutritious diet.
