Hello everyone

I have a pet peeve about some dog owners at the park. Have you ever come across dog owners that just stand there and dont walk their dogs at the park.....they just let them roam freely and don't really pay attention to whether or not their dog is out of control or bothering others?

Today, I came across a pack of Rotties (5 of them) and their owners didn't have them on a leash and they (the owners) were just standing their chatting......mean while their dogs were intimdating other dogs and owners.

Part of the park is off-leash...but I think that these ppl are stretching it a bit when they aren't even watching their dogs to see that they aren't a potential threat to other dogs and ppl when they aren't on their leashes.
