refresh me on tramadol? non-narcotic painkiller, right? flexaril is for muscle pain or relaxation and i know what Ambien is. i just awoke from a "hard sleeping" nap and i'm goofy now........doesn't sound bad to me.......if i think about it and decide otherwise , i'll be sure and let you know....... i've taken the first two and no problems. xoxoxo pat
