The second girl ("How to Alleviate Tight Muscles from Stress and Writing") paused too frequently, was disorganized, and was too verbose. I have a short attention span and low tolerance for irrelevant information. Couldn't watch for more than a minute.

First video (bipolar disorder): I liked the precision of the information, and preferred her voice to the first girl (I watched both videos by girl 2, all the way through -- is this you, Marshellette?).

However, I feel that this girl's body language might trigger some people, or make them a bit uncomfortable. She seemed antsy, and a bit tired. The lighting's dim. It's great to have a veteran survivor on screen, but people might be more comforted by (and trusting of) a video where the speaker seems more composed.

Still, I prefer the girl with the BP anyday. Slightly unconventional advice at times, but we're unconventional people.
