I'm going to be away with my parents for 6 weeks. Stress tends to lead me into psychotic type territory. Being away from family, traveling and moving are all going to be stresses. My parents are not use to it. I need to learn about reality checks that I can do myself. That are not noticeable. I cant find anything online. Any help would be helpful.
