Sorry I don't have an answer for how well it works. I was just prescribed this as well but not for anxiety, but for depression, my doctor said it is similar to celexa. I am on Topamax as well for my anxiety/ocd thoughts/repetitive thoughts. I just started Viibryd for depression and would also be interested to hear what others have to say.
