I have the same problem, too. Pillow(s) don't help any but I do try to keep my neck from curving. I'd give my right eye to have a massage but those can be quite painful afterwards, so I guess I'll keep my right eye.
Have you asked your dr about a muscle relaxer and pain reliever? Now THAT I'd give my right eye for when the muscles get tight!
