Tougher day today. I joined this site because my (suggest triggered) Mania wrought havoc on me in July and I need to work out what happened and how to change myself so it doesn't happen again.

Up early for a quick routine (around 6) then back to bed for an hour. Up again and to work.

Got some background stuff done at work (watched a training video, culled email) then home.

Ate a quick meal of leftovers, then too a nap — for hours. Sleep as a mean of escape from these feelings my mania has permanently change my life and my plans and my future, for the worse.

Now pushing back against these doomsday thoughts, but the struggle exhausts me—thus I sleep.
