To medicate or not to medicate, that is the question (to completely butcher a quote from Shakespeare). In all seriousness though, if you're uneasy about medication then don't. If you can manage it just through talk therapy and things like that then don't worry about medication. If you find that you need medication to have a remotely stable mood, then by all means get on a medication. That's my 2 cents on the issue anyways. Be glad to be your friend by the way.
