Much easier said then done when you depressed. I decided to drink decaf coffee starting today. Very hard for me because I am a recovering addict but still an addict. And the addict in me says whats the point of decaf. lol
For me mainly because my new meds are getting me all wired.
The social events and do something happy is really hard when you are severely happy.
