I accidentally weaned myself off effexor because I would forget to take it until the withdrawals kicked in. lol

I've found that if I keep my pills somewhere I am likely to see them, like next to my laptop, it offers a jolt to my memory.

Also like the others have mentioned an alarm on your phone or something else that you tend to keep with you.
