Normal is what you make of it. Remember that it is a good thing to get properly diagnosed. Now you can concentrate on being well. Therapy is a really good thing. Try not to be too hard on yr self. Life is confusing but getting to really know yr self is important. Try and be positive when everything seems to be falling apart. There is alot of hope. I have bp2, bpd, depression, anxiety and.ptsd. I have a good life although the depression can kick me in the ***. Not all is lost. It's great that you have two sons. Love then with all yr heart. All will fall into place. Just roll with it and you'll be ok. :-)
