I had a similar experience. Mine was suppose to start in February, paid for and everything, but they sent us cards with the wrong group number on it so it wouldn't work. I called they said they had the problem fixed and sent us the exact same card. I was March before we got a working card. I spent hours on the phone with them plus the stress.
