Okay. so if your not on any AP right now by choice, then maybe try to ride out the way your feeling. Try to sort it out in your head.
If you feel clearer without the AP, give it a try and see how it goes. Just do a lot of reality checking. There are some who choose to do this and figure out how to do it successfully. You just have to be careful and mindful of your thoughts, and know if it gets beyond your control, to get help before psychosis takes over completely. Ya know what I mean?
